DUE TO COVID AND BREXIT THERE HAS BEEN OVERWHELMING DEMAND PLACED UPON SHIPPING COMPANIES AND OUR PARTNER COURIERS, AND AS SUCH DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED. THIS HAS ALSO LED TO AN INCREASE IN COSTS AND AS A RESULT WE MAY HAVE TO CONTACT YOU WITH UPDATED DELIVERY COSTS TO CERTAIN AREAS AND COUNTRIES. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL COSTS A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

Currency Conversion information

Using our currency conversion icons are to give you an idea of the price in your country's currency but we only sell our products in British Pounds. This means that you will be billed in GBP and any exchange rate will be decided by your issuing bank. Using our currency conversion system is at your decretion and may not conclude your final price. If you are unsure, we suggest shopping in GBP and contacting your bank to find out if there is any fees/what your bank's exchange rate might be. We cannot be held responsible for any mis calculations due to rates maintained by your bank.

When is my order going to be posted to me?

Orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched and posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on these days will be dispatched the next working day. No post is dispatched or delivered on Bank holidays. All orders are subject to stock levels and if there is any problem with your order we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note, we can arrange Saturday deliveries on any item. Please email us before you order as prices are different to weekdays.

UK Postage Information

Our UK postage costs are based upon the combined weight/physical size of your order and your location by postcode. During the checkout procedure the actual choices available to you will be displayed once you have entered your shipping address. A general guide to the services we offer and associated costs are as follows:

> For smaller orders we offer Royal Mail First (£4.95 / 1-2 days) or Second Class (£2.95 / 3/4 days) post. We also offer a tracked parcel service (£5.95 / 1-2 days) and Saturday Delivery (£11.95)

> Larger orders will be sent by Courier (Usually DHL, D/X, UPS or TNT) via a tracked parcel service (£5.95 / 1-2 days). We also offer Saturday Delivery (£11.95)

> Wetsuits are currently delivered free of charge.

> Surfboard Delivery - UK (exceptions listed seperately below)
These will be sent via courier and will take approximately 1-2 working days (3-4 working days for Northern Island)
UP TO 7' 04" : £20 (Saturday delivery service also offered at £35)
OVER 7' 04" : £35

> Surfboard Delivery - Highlands & Islands (postcodes starting PH, KW, IV, PA, HS, ZE)
These will be sent via courier and will take approximately 3-4 working days

> Surfboard Delivery - Channel Islands (postcodes starting JE, GY)
These will be sent via courier and will take approximately 3-4 working days

International postage information

We use Royal Mail International signed for services for small and some medium size orders to Europe and the rest of the world. Anything generally above 2Kg we will send with International couriers, with full tracking and sign-for options included.

Tracking will be provided if it is available to us which will be the customers responsibility to monitor. In the instance that no tracking is available and you are concerned about where your order is please get in touch and we will try to help you find it.

For larger items and surfboards we ship to all of Europe and beyond with our chosen couriers (usually CHL, UPS or TNT). Our prices our set relevant to each location are displayed once you enter your shipping information and start from £40. We do reserve the right to contact you after payment with updated delivery costs as/if the need arises. If you do not wish to pay the additional costs a full refund will be provided.

Here is a list of countries we ship to, however if you are not on this list or live on an island please contact us and we will quote you a custom shipping price to your country if possible.

Note on VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is added to the price of all our goods and will be charged to all UK and EU delivery address orders. If you would like your order delivered outside of this zone or live on the UK Channel Islands the VAT will be deducted at the checkout and you will not be charged it (excludes any postal charges). Orders outside of the UK may be liable for import duties or taxes payable to your countries customs office. If you are unsure about the import duties and taxes please refer to you own countries customs website for further information.

I think my item is possibly lost in the post, what do I do?

More often than not items are usually just delayed in the post rather than lost. If your order is for the UK and not with you within the working days discussed in the UK postage information section above please get in touch and we will assist you. If you're in the UK and have not received your order we'll send a prompt replacement after 15 working days, the EU after 20 working days and world destinations in 25 days.

What's the deal with pre-ordering something?

Where an item is marked as "Available for pre-order" an expected delivery date and deposit amount (20% of the RRP) will be shown. Any pre-orders are dispatched as soon as possible after we receive them from our suppliers.

Pre-order and deposit terms: We offer a full refund on all deposits within 7 days of payment. After this period and during the term of the order being complete we will not issue a cash refund if you would like to cancel the order by your own admission with or without notice. We will however issue the value of the deposit as credit to spend at secret spot - either online or instore.

In the case of pre-ordered items we reserve the right to change the date of delivery to our customers based upon the estimated delivery date as our suppliers may change their dates of delivery to us due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in shipping etc. If you would like to discuss our pre-order and deposit terms further please contact us.

I would like my order sent to be delivered on a specific date, can you do that?

If you are ordering goods for a particular date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us either by email before ordering or just fill out the 'Special instructions' box in the checkout so we can make every effort to meet your requirements.

Please note that we reserve the right to refund you less 10% of the order value in the event of a cancellation between ordering and delivery on your requested date, due to having taken that item out of stock and other customers missing out.

*IMPORTANT* SURFBOARD DELIVERY / DAMAGE REPORTING

Like you we love surfboards and take the upmost care when packaging them for delivery. Unfortunately due to their fragile nature and the due care they sometimes don't receive from delivery companies we ask that you to ensure to follow these guidelines:

> On arrival of the board and (if possible) whilst the delivery agent is present inspect the external packaging very carefully and if you note any major damage take photos.
> At the same time open the package and inspect the board very carefully. If you note any damage to the board again take photos THEN SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED.
> At this stage let us know of the damage by email attaching the associated photos for evidence. It is important this is reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery otherwise it becomes ineligible for a claim.
> Please note any damage reported after modification (such as applying a tail pad or wax) will unfortunately not be eligible for a claim.

Unfortunately there are only a tiny number of couriers willing to transport surfboards around the country which means we have to suck it up and be flexible in regards who we can use. Saying that they are still responsible and can be held accountable for any breaches in service as long as we have evidence to prove their mistakes.
