We have been proudly working with Wave Project for a good while now and really want to show how this great charity brings people together through surfing. Their evidence-based surf therapy programme is proven to help young people feel less anxious and more positive, as well as running beach school projects, to help children feel more engaged in education. We are proud to work wave project, changing lives through surf. Come and see what its all about and how you could get involved.
11am // Surf Taster Lessons //
If you want to give surfing a go – Look no further!! We’ve been equipping surfers since 1989 and providing lessons in Scarborough for over 10 years, we are rated No1 on trip advisor for Surfing lessons and activities for a reason! The taster sessions are completely free but slots are super super limited, so call the surf school on 01723 585 585 for booking and more info!
12pm // Kids Club Junior Level 2 Surfing England Surf Scheme //Our Kids club are currently getting stoked on the the Junior Surfer Scheme, from surfing England. This super fun and enjoyable course is a progressive pathway for young surfers that inspires and develops kids passion and talent. Surfing England aims to set national standards of surfing, recognisable by surf clubs, surf schools and mainstream education. Come and see what its all about and get your kids involved in this awesome club that inspires kids to love the beach life and where it could take them!
2pm // Surf Comp Expression Session //
Its on!! time to show how far you have come and to put that training into practice!! Anyone with a Surfing England Membership can compete – just sign up on the day!
