PURCHASING A VOUCHER - INSTRUCTIONS
Buy the voucher using the 'add to basket' button on the bottom of this page, fill out you details inc the billing and delivery addresses. If the voucher is a gift to be sent directly to someone or a group please state their NAMES and ADDRESSES in the delivery address section, or the 'Special instructions' box in the checkout area, or alternatively email us with instructions if there are a few people. By default if no instructions are left we will send the vouchers to the card holder.
If you have your own printer we can send the voucher to you via email. Please be aware all vouchers are numbered and corrispond to our booking system so you can only use the vouchers once!!!.
The vouchers can be taken to our Hire Centre in Cayton any day of the year and redeemed for the face value. These vouchers are non-refundable. It is a good idea to ring a few days beforehand to check the surf conditions and make fully sure the store will be open when you intend to arrive.
