METHODS
You will be billed in UK pounds which will be converted to your currency by your card issuer. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo,(WE DO NOT ACCEPT American Express or Diners Club), Cheques (in GB Pounds) and UK postal orders. If paying by cheque, goods will be dispatched once we have receipt of the cheque and it has cleared (5 working days). If paying by postal order goods will be dispatched on receipt of the postal order. Please do not send cash through the post to pay for an order!.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. As a company we check to ensure the billing address matches the address the credit card bill goes to. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) and also confirm your international dialing code.

UK MAINLAND ORDERS
Secretspot.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

ALL SHIPPING PRICES FOR ITEMS ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE PRODUCTS.

All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. (also excludes bank or public holidays)

Standard delivery orders are despatched with Royal Mail and take 2-3 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use BUSINES POST (UPS) and FASTWAY for our UK Next Day Deliveries.

Orders placed on Next Day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Our courier company aims to deliver before 1.00pm to business addresses and anywhere upto 5.30pm for residential. Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 1.00pm (Mon - Fri). Please note that orders dispatched 'Next Day' on Fridays will be delivered on a Monday.

The delivery tariffs for mainland UK are as follows:

• *Free Postage on any DVD(s), Book(s), Clothing and other small selected items.
  
• Any standard item(s) via Royal Mail 2-3day delivery will be charged @ £3.00/£5.00.(Excludes surfboards and oversized items)
  
• Any standard item(s) with next day delivery will be charged an additional £3.00.
  
• Surfboard(s) and oversized item(s) will be sent via FASTWAT COURIERS and LB Couriers Ltd (next day and insured) @ £12.95.

The highest postage value within your order is all you pay!!!

Examples: If you bought a longboard DVD (free postage), a pair of trainers (standard postage - £3.00) and a surfboard (£12.95 postage/next day) all you would pay is £12.95 total for postage - or - If you bought a book (free postage), a pair of jeans (standard postage - £3.00), a T-shirt (standard postage - £3.00) and a cap (standard postage - £3.00) all you would pay is £3.00 TOTAL for postage.

*Standard item next day postage cost applies if next day service is required on DVDs, Books and other small selected items.

DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
If you are ordering goods for a particular date or as a gift for a birthday etc., please inform us so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.

BACK-ORDERS
We carry one of the largest stocks of Surfboards, Wetsuits and Accessories in the North of the UK, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

PRE-ORDERS
Where an item is marked as “Available for pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

LOST ITEMS
Please contact us imediately if you suspect your goods are lost in the post. Please note that we cannot send replacement items for missing parcels until they have been missing within the postal service for 10 working days*.

*Working days does not include Saturdays/Sundays/Bank holidays

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you use a recorded (next day/insured) delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit after leaving our premises although we will arrange replacements or refunds once a claim has been completed with the appropriate postal company. If you have to send back anything for an exchange because the item is not suitable or for a refund, no problem. Just follow the advice below...

Firstly contact us for a returns number by either phoning us on 01723 500467 or e-mail admin@secretspot.co.uk. In all correspondence please state your order ID number, the items you are returning and what you want to do - Exchange or Refund?. Then write the returns number clearly on the outside of the box or packet and remember to place the completed returns form inside with the goods and sent to the address below (click here for printable returns form). Items sent back without a returns number will not be accepted. You have 14 Days to return items to us from the purchase date and we strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods until they reach us.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund and pay for any postage costs.Refunds take 1-2 working days to clear back onto your credit card.

If your goods are being returned for exchange or credit because its not suitable or just unwanted we will exchange/refund to the amount of the goods only. You will have to pay any additional postage costs where items are not proven faulty.
