If you have to send back anything for an exchange because the item is not suitable or for a refund, no problem, just follow the advice below...

Firstly contact us for a returns number by either phoning us on 01723 500467 or e-mail admin@secretspot.co.uk. In all correspondence please state your order ID number, the items you are returning and what you want to do - Exchange or Refund?. Then write the returns number clearly on the outside of the box or packet and remember to place the completed returns form inside with the goods and sent to the address below. Items sent back without a returns number will not be accepted. You have 14 Days to return items to us from the purchase date and we strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods until they reach us.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund and pay for any postage costs.Refunds take 1-2 working days to clear back onto your credit card.

If your goods are being returned for exchange or credit because its not suitable or just unwanted we will exchange/refund to the amount of the goods only. You will have to pay any additional postage costs where items are not proven faulty.
